- A service charge of 1.5% per month applies to overdue invoices.
- A $25 handling charge is applied to each returned check.
- In case of a lawsuit, all costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the Seller due to Buyer’s breach will be borne by the Buyer.
- Buyer consents to the jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles, California, for any legal matters.
